Accommodation Terms & Conditions

• Villas Single night surcharge of $65 applies. 
• Bartercard bookings Cancellation policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason.
  Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
• 50% deposit required on booking, fully refundable less $200 admin fee if cancelled 28 days prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellation - if caused by the client within 28 days of arrival, money paid is non refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet, then a $200 cancellation fee will apply.  Rebooking - must be used with in 12 months.
• Booking can be deferred without penalty if notified before 14 days of confirmed arrival.
• Visa, Money Order, cheque & cash accepted. (Cheques accepted for deposit only if received within 14 days of stay)
• Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation
• Redemption of Gift Certificate must be within six months of issue and once dates are booked they can not be changed.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash
• May be additional cost for Pets
