Q: Do you have 24/7 reception?

Our reception is attended at periodically throughout the week. Many guests enjoy our self check-in option.

Should you require assistance, our team is available daily between 9:00am and 5:00pm.


Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:00pm.
We kindly ask that guests check out by 10:00am.


Q: Can I arrange an early check in or late check-out?

An early check in or a late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please speak with Management. An additional fee of $50 applies for a midday check in or a midday check out.


Q: Is a security bond required?

Yes, a security bond is required at check-in and is processed via credit card. This is fully refundable subject to property inspection.


Q: Is WiFi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout the property.


Q: Is housekeeping included during my stay?

Our accommodation is designed to offer guests privacy and independence; therefore, daily servicing is not included.

Should you wish to refresh your space during your stay, we are pleased to offer an optional service (linen change, surface refresh, and vacuum) for $50 per service. Advance notice is appreciated.


Q: Is linen provided?

Premium linen is provided in all Villas.

For the House, linen can be arranged for $30 per person.


Q: Is after-hours check-in available?

Yes, we are pleased to offer after-hours check-in by prior arrangement, ensuring a smooth and effortless arrival.


Q: Is parking available?

Each Villa includes private parking for your convenience.
The Waterfront House features its own secure garage.


Q: Are pets welcome?

Yes, we are proud to offer pet-friendly accommodation. Pets are welcome in both indoor and outdoor areas.


Q: May I leave my dog unattended?

For the comfort of your pet and consideration of other guests, dogs should not be left unattended, as unfamiliar environments can cause distress.

We offer premium pet-minding services (fees apply). Advance bookings are essential, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice required.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, a variety of cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops are all within an easy 2–5 minute walk from the Villas.


Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

A Coles supermarket is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the Villas, making it easy to stock up on essentials during your stay.


Q: How far away is the canal?

The canal is located approximately 2 metres from our pool, offering beautiful waterfront views and a truly relaxing atmosphere.


Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, there is a bus stop located on our street, providing convenient access to public transport from the Villas.


 

Exchanges and Refund Policy – Thalgo Products

Thalgo Skincare Products

Thalgo Australia will endeavour to accommodate reasonable exchanges and returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

We are unable to offer refunds on opened products or Clearance items.

Thalgo Australia is not responsible for products damaged in transit. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd (Thalgo Australia distributor).


How to Return a Product

Returned items must be received in their original condition. Please package all returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Unless the return is due to an error by Thalgo Australia, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please include your full name, address, and a list of the items being returned.
