Q: Do you have 24/7 Reception?
yes we are open 24/7
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time 2.00pm and check-out time 10.00am
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A late check-out can be arranged by speaking with Management; fees apply.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes; either credit card details or a cash bond.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes wireless broadband is available in the Villas and Luxury House.
Q: How often is the accommodation serviced?
Weekly if the stay is 7 days plus.
Q: Is all linen provided?
In the Villas all linen is provided. In the houses either bring your own, or hire for $30 Per person.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes, arrangements will need to be made prior to arrival.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Yes we have car parking for each Villa and the Waterfront Houses have Garages.
Q: Are pets allowed inside the Villas and Houses?
Yes only on the tiled areas.
Q: Do all Villas have courtyards?
The Waterfront Villas and Houses have outside areas.
Q: Can I leave my dog unattended?
No – Dogs can bark and get quite distressed if left alone in a different environment. We have pet minding facilities, please book in advance to avoid missing out.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes all within walking distance 2-5 Min from Villas
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
We have Coles supermarket all within 2 min walk.
Q: How far away is the canal?
Approximately 2 metres from our pool!
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, there is a bus stop on our street for the Villas.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Returns Thalgo Skincare Products.
Thalgo Australia will endeavour to accommodate reasonable exchanges and returns.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to Thalgo Australia within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
Thalgo Australia is not responsible for products that are damaged in transit. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd (Thalgo Australia distributor).
Guide to Returning Products
- All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of Thalgo Australia.
- Complete our returns form and enclose with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.
